The best experience ever I even needed needed to extend my rental agreement with no issues also the car was good and the price was even better.
Wish I would've looked at reviews before choosing Hertz at this location. Had to drop off our car at 4am, location was not opened at this time, but they have a drop off location and box for keys. I am now being charged for lost keys after we dropped them off where instructed. We were told, "It's your fault you didn't drop the car off when we were open." I have spent over two weeks getting the run around with still no solution or call backs. This experience has turned me away from Hertz. Would give negative stars if that was an option!
Showed up at 6am as posted for opening to turn in car, nobody around. After 20- 30 mins had to leave car. Several other renters showed up as well and we're upset. Usually get outstanding service from Hertz.
This started out shaky, but customer service got the issue corrected. Aside from the standard/condition of the vehicles' cleanliness, detailing & smoke free status... I've experienced everything to the latter. Whether short term or extended rentals, the turnaround on them should be consistent. I took the liberty of detailing the Jaguar XF I've returned just to exhibit how something should be turned over to a customer!
Hertz Gold Membership is awesome. It's not a contract but a way for you to give your loyalty and be rewarded for the loyalty. Express line is efficient. Car was exactly what I expected. Clean and ran great. Turn in process was as easy as removing your luggage, leaving the keys, and walking away. Thanks Hertz!
