I needed to rent a car. This place had said car. I rented it, drove it, returned it satisfied that my car did as it was supposed to. It was clean, drove well, and didn't explode like mafia cars sometimes do. There were no ninjas waiting in the trunk. None of the buttons on the dash fired missiles (although the hazard blinkers did frighten me into thinking it was preparing to launch). Indeed, this was a pleasant car renting experience. Also, they're next to the airport. Too bad you can't bring cars on the plane with you. The staff handled the computer like they were trained by NASA and the facilities were full of colorful brochures of the local attractions to keep my mind entertained for the dozens of seconds I was being prepared for my wondrous car rental adventure. I believe there were also chairs of some sort and although I personally don't believe in sitting, I am relieved that they are considerate enough to provide appropriate amenities for people that partake in such things. For a truly magical renting experience, you'll probably need to go to a foreign country. For a normal renting experience, this Avis location is more than adequately excellent. In the absence of a rainbows to butterflies scale, a five star rating will have to do. May your renting days be long and prosperous!
Excellent customer service. Very helpful and have never had any issues with this location. My only concern is trying to get through to that office. The line goes to the call center which can have me on hold for quite sometime when I could be talking to someone in the office and finished with my reservation before I even get to speak to a call center rep.
