They were supposed to arrive between 8-10. The truck finally arrived at 11. The men sat in the truck for another hour "waiting on the crew" as rain started to fall on my mattress that was sitting out on the back of the truck in a busted up box.
Don't give your business to these people. Very unprofessional. They were 3hrs late to pack my stuff(somewhat understandable cause other jobs can take longer than expected). Btw my amount of pack only takes 3-4hrs last move took that long to pack and load into truck.. Took them 3-4hrs to pack and didn't even get it done so had to throw my scheduled plans out the Window so they could take another day. Now they are supposed to have it here and delivered today but are being very secretive about its whereabouts. So once again my plans are thrown out the Window. Very frustrating to deal with these people.
Oh and the packing was very poor. I had some things that were sitting in a box that I was sure they would take out and pack but they just closed up the box and said done. I know there was somethings in there that they won't ship like open liquids. Laziness!
