Pretty much brand new, opened no later than a couple of months ago. The spaces are clean and the storage units are all air conditioned and moisture controlled to keep your belongings cool and dry. On the weekend things can be busy but not frustrating. If you are moving a large amount of things, table carts are available for any customer to use however, you may have to wait to get one since there is only 5/6.
