Room was clean and relatively comfy. They really need to do some maintenance though like painting etc. Bartender "Kim" was great. Very friendly and engaging. And the front desk staff was accommodating and professional as well. Oh yeah, and the cookies!!! REALLY GOOD!
Well managed and pleasant people, great cleaning staff, the room was beautifully prepared (towels were folded in a fascinating way) however the other features in the room (carpet, bathroom ventilation, and air conditioner) was okay for a Holiday inn, but it was the weakest part of my stay. What made the stay better than average was the truly friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Any place that has grits and bacon has my vote.

Our stay here was pleasant, hotel clean , staff (from house keeping to front desk) very nice & accommodating, great location to all types of stores & resteraunts , parking good (handicapped spaces need to be a little wider) I drive an SUV not enough space when you pull up beside another SUV or F150 trying not to let doors hit the other persons vehicle. Overall I would come back & would recommend to friends & family :)
I would have given a rating of 5 stars if this particular one had free continental breakfast. Even hotels with cheaper rooms than these offer free breakfast. My husband is a disabled VET & diabetic morning breakfast is essential. If you had kitchennettes since you don't offer breakfast that would help.
Top notch accommodations with friendly staff. Very restful night. Morning buffet was well stocked with fresh fruit and breakfast selection. The restaurant staff went well beyond to provide the great dining experience.
