The outside doesn't look like much, but the rooms are clean, well-stocked, and the staff are really helpful. I was able to get to the airport very quickly using their shuttle. Recommend.
I expect a clean space with all things working, similar to a Holiday Inn. This is not that place. We arrived quite late like 2:30 am, and planned to leave around 9, and this place was $100/night and offered airport shuttle that late. When we arrived, we had to register while standing outside. Scantily clothed women were yelling at each other in the parking lot. The steps to the 2nd floor were not all the same height. The room smelled. There was a task chair, but it blocked access to the rest of the room. Missing drawer handle. Noisy AC. Bathroom doorknob not installed. Bathroom shower curtain moldy. But wait! There's more! You get the picture. The positive: the staff are very friendly and helpful, and they did get us from the airport that late when most others would not Now you know, and can make your own decision.
We needed an inexpensive bed and shower. It certainly suited those needs. The check-in was friendly. The Bed and bathroom were clean. Floor was a bit dirty and the room a bit ugly, but I wasn't here for the Long Haul, just one night. I found the online reviews helpful. Now my turn to pay it forward.
The staff was great and very accommodating, however the rooms look very unsettling. I felt uneasy being there.
It's a place to sleep. Front desk help was nice. But then she says to me "you have 15 minutes to check over your room for anything that needs fixed" like what? From the mystery stain on the bed skirt, to the stains on the sheet, pillows, towels and shower curtain it's just all bad. The "air conditioner" was basically a moldy fan, air never got cold. Breakfast ended at 9:30. We went down at 9 and there was literally 2 bagels, 1 cup of cream cheese, cereal and NO milk. We asked front desk for milk and was told "sorry we're out" Honestly just drive the extra 10-15 minutes or spend the couple extra dollars for well known hotel.
