When you buy something and ask specifically about the return policy they should tell you about the 20% restocking fee. The game was over priced compared to GameStop and video game heaven. I went to return and she moved stuff out of the way to show me a sign on the counter about the fee. That's shady. I will never do business with them again.
This place was awesome. It's a great place to search for an old game, peripheral, or system that you can't find anywhere else other than online (and new stuff too). I did not examine every price but the prices I saw were reasonable. Of course there were a few overpriced items but they were for rare games so it made sense. The guy that was working (Matt) was real friendly, helpful and sociable. I will definitely be back. I hope this business stays. Longer business hours would be a plus.
