I had been doing business at this store for 2 years but no more. Will only go to a corporate store from now on. The amount of time wasted there yesterday was upsetting. Couldn't help me and when I called back at 4 pm to see if their "computer glitch " was fixed, I was told no it wasn't and that I should go to a corporate store. Very disappointed with the service
Came in on a whim when i realize that Qdoba was still closed. was greeted when i walked in the door and although the store seemed busy they were able to see me in about 10 or so minutes and i dont know how to say this but i was helped by a heavy set young woman who seemed very knowledgeable about the current set of phones and set me up to switch from verizon she was a lot of help and i love my new v20 would give a 10/5 but the scale doesnt go high enough lol
Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Suggested an alternate way to purchase our phone that saved us $500+ on purchase price.

Worst customer service EVER, you wait FOREVER to even pay a bill, girl at counter to busy flirting with guy at counter & the other 2 to busy talking! Then finally get to counter & she says she can't look up my account, do it on my phone,Seriously! Been unfortunately coming here for years & they always have, although what should I have expected from this GHETTO Sprint store! I mean SPRINT SUCKS SO WHY SHOULDN'T THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE!
came in for a repair on a glass screen they told me that only corporate stores can work in glass screens but there was another way they could help me. instead of fixing my phone or waiting 2 days for a replacement to come through insurance the let me know i was eligible for my upgrade so i decided to use it. went in with a broken phone and walked out in about an hr with a new phone they even waived my activation fee because my credit was nice. so all in all turned a bad morning into a pretty good day. wanna send a shout out to young woman that helped me so if you get the chance go see Maya if she is there she will take good care she knows her stuff
