Rude
He did not greet my husband and I , he just lingered watching us check out the speakers we were about to purchase. The customer service at this store is mediocre, at best. But to linger rather than greet? It lost this store multiple sales.
I absolutely love this store! I've been in several times and have always gotten amazing service. The most recent time I went in was to purchase an additional speaker that I had gotten earlier in the year from a worker there named Keith. Keith was great and even showed me how to work it. When I went in a second time I talked to two men named Mark and Evan. They were both great and very helpful. Evan was very knowledgeable and talked into upgrading to a better speaker and even to get the protection plan. Both men made my day, I will definitely shop here again!
I may have spent money today if it had not been for a hovering employees that just stared. We came in trying out the speakers and when I noticed two employees hovering quietly, I smiled and said "hello" to the one closest to us and he said "oh I'm just watching [your husband], those earphones don't go in the ears."
We went to buy speakers elsewhere.
This was the worst service I've ever received. I walked in the store with my parents, sat in one of those massage chairs. A Caucasian male worker approached me and told me to take my shoes off in a not so nice tone, gave me dirty looks and didn't speak to me the whole time. Shortly after I got out of the chair, a WHITE female sat in the chair. He chatted with her and was very friendly. Talk to her about some features on the chair . I hate to make this a race complaint ( I am adopted, my parents are white and I know not all white people are racist) but this man should not be working there if he can treat EVERYONE with Quality service. My mother called to complain because she saw this miss treatment as well( again, my mother is caucasian ) I will never return to that store again.
Best customer service. Spoke with associate named Keith. Item wasn't available at the Richmond store so I ordered through this store and Keith said he would ship. Well not only he shipped for free, the order was shipped via UPS and was here THE NEXT DAY! Unbelievable service. The item was a gift and I actually did need it the next day but did not mention this at all since I knew it was not gonna happen, but then it totally came so fast. THANK YOU SO MUCH! What a great service.
