Only giving 1 star because you have to. Absolutely horrible customer service, my new iPhone that I haven't even owned a year and is still under warranty would not turn on. I went back two different times to try and get the problem resolved, and received no help at all. Instead of replacing my $1,000 phone which was still under warranty they told me to go home and try and restart it myself and see if that solves the issues, which I have already tried twice. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received.
Grateful for the peeps at the Apple Store in MacArthur center. I was worried about my phone being broken and having no way to call anyone in case of an emergency. Kurtis and Gabbie helped me every step of the way. Kudos for Great Customer Service
This place was an absolute nightmare. The employees exhibit zero common sense or discretion. Despite paying over $1,000 for a new iPhone and bringing my ID and credit card used to make the purchase in the store, the so-called "geniuses" in the store refused to give me the phone I had already paid for because the billing address of the cell phone account was different than the address on my ID. This was despite the fact I was an authorized user on the account and the address on the ID matched the address on the credit card. Then, after repeatedly refusing to give me the phone I had already paid for, they refused to refund the money for the phone, saying I had to take it up with Apple. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
Every time I had a problem, the Genius fixed it. LIke 8 different times. Love those Genius people.
Just awful customer service. I received an email on Nov 14th that the new apogee mic plus would be available in Apple stores starting the 15th. Today is the 16th. I called this store to confirm the product was available and in stock as I had to drive about 40 minutes from my home. I was assured the mic was available. When I arrived the mic was nowhere on the shelf. I asked a salesperson and they brought it out to me. When I tried to pay, the guy said “that’s weird, it won’t let me ring this up”. He disappeared for several minutes and then came back and said they weren’t allowed to sell them yet. I asked to speak with manager. I explained the scenario, showed him the email, etc, and he just smugly said “I wish I could sell it to you too.” I said he should since apogee and the Apple rep I called said it was available and we’re holding it in our hands. He said he put a ticket in. No apology for my trouble driving that far, or attempting to call Apple to fix the issue. Absolutely unacceptable for the amount of money I spend in this store.
