My mom had heart surgery at this hospital last Friday, and it was successful. Dr. Kemp is an excellent physician and he made sure what my mom was to expect before surgery and after surgery. The staff is awesome because not only they made sure her heart was working, they kept an eye on her other organs as well to make sure that they are functioning properly. The nurses were helpful, and they worked with my mom to make sure she has a smooth recovery. I highly recommend this hospital for anyone who are having heart issues.
They saved my life in 2013 I went in for a heart by pass procedure. I had a lot of set backs and with each one of them the professionals took care of them and after 29 days I was able go home for home health care.
I gave birth here. Never again. I chose the skin to skin method right after she was born I got to hold her. With blood and everything on her. I was told they'd wash her the next day however they never did. Her skin began to crack and bleed. The wrist and ankle bands cut into her cracked skin causing her to bleed. Her hair was also matted with blood for 3 days. It was awful seeing my newborn in pain due to their negligence. A nurse told me they changed their policy and no longer wash babies. So I took matters in my own hands and did it myself. Also while in labor I told my nurse I feel my daughter head below. She didn't believe me and refused to check me. When they finally did, an hour later, they saw her head coming out and because of the pressure my daughter popped and eye vessel. Poor baby I wish I could have given her a better experience.

We've had family here numerous times and our grandma was life flighted there yesterday. We have all been treated with respect. They have answered the questions they could and have worked with us while caring for her
