Staff is willing to help and they have a lot of stuff. Price is slightly higher than places like Home Depot but for the location this place is amazing and has a good selection.
It can be hit or miss for finding a specific tool or hardware. Good for the usual stuff though and the staff is generally very helpful.
Aside from the fact that everything in the store is exceptionally overpriced, at least compared with big box hardware stores; every time I've gone in to Taylor's the employees have treated me with borderline contempt. I suggest avoiding Taylor's unless you absolutely cannot make the 15 minute trip out to Lowe's or Home Depot.
I've been here on multiple occasions, always good customer service and very helpful with random questions. They offer a wide assortment of random commonly needed materials you would usually get from a Home Depot and similar stores minus Large appliances.
Great place to pick up essentials for projects. It's not the largest store however so the selection will be limited.
