I went there to get a price quote for only one special order cabinet. No one was at the place - it was around 1 p.m., the young lady passing by told me to take a seat and she would call someone right away. I waited for 15 minutes and then came out. One of the floor managers was helping about 5 people at appliances. I explained to him that I've been waiting for someone from cabinets, and he told me that if I wait, he can help me. I waited for him for another 45 minutes only to find out that he can't really help me. Very unprofessionally run store.

I came to return an electrical meter that failed. The refund was quick and courteous, and I purchased a replacement storm door before leaving. My cashier was polite, friendly, and informative !

I purchased some flooring back in May on a debit card. Went to return it on the 27th of this month and the dumb lady could see that it was on a debit card but decided that's what she wanted to put it back on instead of giving cash up front when they know that they can do that. The card that you tried to put it back on is a closed account I have been dealing with Lowe's and Lowe's corporate for a week and a half now trying to get my refund. They do not like to give refunds and they want to try to handle you and tell you that they're going to give you a gift card and force you to spend your money in their store when you have proof being purchased with a debit card proof that the bank account was closed but yet they want to handle me any old kind of way. I want you to know that I don't care if something cost $20 more at Home Depot I will never ever shop in Lowe's again. This man while I was in there brought into dead plants that he bought back in June and killed him his self how to take it to Home Depot because he found out that's where they were originally purchased and I had to go to Home Depot for something else and found out that Home Depot gave this man his money back. Now this man can get money back for two dead plants why can't I get my money back when I got proof of everything?
Bought a front door and back door for my home. Salesperson screwed up on the back door order, causing 3 week delay. Front door comes in, wrong glass works. 3 different stories about how they are going to fix it. Back door comes in - door is broken; wait another 3 weeks.
