Dr. Bragg is down to earth and focuses on pain management via physical therapy and proper body mechanics, before resorting to pharmaceutical or surgical options. She has helped me tremendously for a work injury by incorporating physical therapy that builds strength with stretching daily as a preventative treatment too. She didn't force me to try more forceful positions or lifting until my body was showing real improvement.
I went to see another doctor for pain in my ankle and after my insurance declined an experimental treatment that she wanted to do, the doctor told me that the pain is all in my head. Hm. Well I switched to Dr. Bragg. What a difference! She assured me that what I'm feeling is real and is working with me to treat the pain. I like her approach of adding one thing at a time to see what works. My pain is less and I'm hopeful. She is a bit quirky, but so down to earth. I highly recommend her.
I went in and her whole office is nothing but a promotional for her book. They cancelled one appointment so she can go do a promotional, as I was told. I sat there for 1 1/2 hours waiting for them to get my X-rays. You would have thought they would already have them seeing I was coming in. She walks in and she asks me if I want surgery. I told her " you are the Dr." I had to leave to go to work. I told them to call me when they get their stuff together. I will not go back but they did say when I come back I will have another copay. Huh? You didn't do anything but have me wait with no X-ray. So unprofessional and unorganized. Worst place ever.
Super cool Doc
tried to make an appointment with the doctor and woman who answered phone was very rude and disrespectful , was talking to other people while I was trying to give her my information. When I tried to schedule an appointment she tried to tell me that she's the only one who works there and that the doctor won't see me without a referral but she didn't even have my insurance info yet to even state this and I've never needed a referral with my insurance company. Very unprofessional and speaking over me when's i asked to speak to someone else.
