Show up for an appointment and be told he is running 2 hours behind to either wait or reschedule. I'm sorry but my time is money just as theirs and if you show up late you get hit with a fee.
I literally came in the "office" and it was so crowded no seats available. Then having to wait almost 2 hrs for just a follow up visit is absurd, ridiculous, unprofessional! No one should have to wait two hours to see a doctor no excuses it's not like my son is getting a full eye exam he was having a follow up visit to an expensive surgery.
Waiting area is. It acceptable and always cramped!!!! I will NEVER take my child to these people ever!!!! And you shouldn't either!!!!!
Never again will I go there. Doctors have no bedside manner especially with dealing with children. The office manager treated me like I was someone on welfare and then question if my child's father was in his life...umm yes my husband is very much involved with my children and for her to say that further pissed me off by this practice. Rude receptionists.

Staff was not good and tried to cover that up by giving my daughter candy at the end of the visit. My daughter is 4 years old never had her eyes dialated so the nurse scares her by telling her the drops will feel like burning soap in the eyes..really? Then Doc Crouch gets angry because he's telling her to watch a dog that his head is blocking I tell him she can't. see it because of his head and he just said forget it and wrote down notes. Then when my daughter eyes are blurry and she's a little scared about it he goes to examine her eyes but sticks his finger in them by mistake she jumps he jumps then starts yelling about how she shouldn't grab his instrument because it cost 500 dollars to replace but i was holding both of her hands so she couldn't have grabbed it. Smh don't know what doc was on that day and nurse was no help to him just sat there. My daughter left with no medicine for eye infection nothing but candy. We won't be returning there was too nerve racking
eye doctor please if you are concerned with your children's eyes go to Dr Wagner he felt detached .. And I was told to call him from urgent care. Thought it would be good but like I said .. will not take my daughter back.
PARENT BEWARE!!! It's heartbreaking that I've been driven o this point. The elder Crouch was my grandson surgeon and really helped my baby....this was five years ago. Throughout the years we decided to stay and was pleased to have a Dr and eyeglasses in the same office. As he got older, we noticed the eyeglass quality was horrible and we often opted for the insurance. This insurance covered any eyeglass repair. Around 2014, everything began to change. It now took an act of congress to have the ONE eyeglass rep, Charmain, to answer the phone. After attempting to call for a total of FOUR, YES FOUR, WEEKS, we we're advised she was on vacation. I had to leave work early and go to the office to find out. There was no other rep to cover her. FYI....she still doesn't answer her phone. Now it's 2016 and the insurance we purchased has changed. Now, the insurance doesn't cover frames. We're still within the same prescription year that it was purchased. Now the insured frames are now 50.00 to replace...50.00 along with the insurance!!! So we requested the prescription to purchase glasses elsewhere. Easy fix....nope. Because now the prescription is lacking information that they wont provide!!!! I am forever grateful to elder Crouch. He made it better for my baby to see and was fantastic during his surgical procedure. Its unfortunate that his office has come to this and whatever restructuring occurred within these years has weakened this office. THEREFORE PARENTS...THIS IS AN OFFICE OF A GREAT SURGEON. IF YOUR BABY NEED CORRECTIVE SURGERY, DR CROUCH IS EXCELLENT. ONCE YOUR BABY GETS OLDER AND BECOME MORE ACTIVE, DO NOT PURCHASE THESE SUBSTANDARD GLASSES. DO NOT PURCHASE THE HORRIBLE INSURANCE. IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEARTACHE TRYING TO GET GLASSES FOR YOUR BABIES AND THE DR OFFICE THAT YOU TRUSTED WILL NOT HELP OR HONOR THE INSURANCE THAT YOU PURCHASED TO MAKE SURE YOUR BABIES NEVER GO WITHOUT!!!! RUN QUICKLY TO AMERICAS BEST, WALMART, TARGET...ANYWHERE BUT HERE.
