When I tell you this place was the most unprofessional salon I've ever been to!!!
I went to get my nails done tonight right before they closed. They said they could still do them even though they wanted to go home. Long story short they rushed through my nails and the nail tech that did mine was a chubby guy that sits on the far end. I don't know if he couldn't or wouldn't understand me when I told him to fix my nails that I didn't like. If I could give them no starts I would but best believe I will be coming tomorrow afternoon to get my nails fixed for FREE! I will show every last customer what my nails look like cause they should never leave your shop looking like this!!!
I went and asked how long for a pedicure they said 5 min. I sat in the chair for 40 min before any one even looked at me and when I asked why it was taking so long they proceeded to yell at me as if I was a child. In the 40 min I sat there I watched them argue with several ladies and yell at them. They told me one price then tried to charge me 15 dollars more when they finished. I have been getting my nails done for 30 year's and have never been to such a horrible place. I actually have to go on Sunday somewhere else so that they can do my feet right because when I asked her to cut my sides a little more she refused. Honestly feel like reporting them to the better business bureau. I have been there and watched them abuse people and I don't think half their employees are licensed
They need to change their name to Trash. Any body that gave this Rude, Unprofessional, poor excuse for a business, anything over one star... probably works here or is friends with an employee. Don't waste your money. Go directly across Tidewater. There are two WONDERFUL shops in that plaza!
Worst nail experience ever... They are rude and only are concerned with getting paid. Had to go somewhere else to have my nails fixed. Very bad first impression. And I never post but they are really the worst! Spend your money at your own risk
I was in the chair getting my pedicure & I noticed that I didn't receive all of the services that I would be paying for ... when I went to bring it to the attention of the nail tech she got an attitude with me and didn't even finish my service.. then they got the manager and he called me a lie and told me I had to pay anyway .. I will never come back to this place ever again, because even after the other techs were jumping in as if it was their salon talking to me and my pregnant friend all crazy!! I would not recommend this place to anyone so please be careful when going to this place .
