This is a nice place, good atmosphere and stylers are peaceful. Unfortunately I haven't received a professional services in there. When my hairdresser moved to Texas, I had to find a new professional hair styler for natural hair treatments. My first experience in the Beauty Parlor was awful and it has caused serious damage on my hair. My hair is excessively breaking off until now, after following their advise and services for almost one year trying to get my hair back to the healthy status.
I have first been appointed to a styler for relaxer (perm) services. That person works haven't reached the minimum standard. My hair came out to be 3 textures: relax part, natural part and straight parts because all my new growth wasn't relaxed, one side of my hair was completely full than the other which has never occured before. When I complained they offered me $20 discount on the next service after 2 weeks; which is less compared to the destructions of my hair. Whenever I comb my hair, I just watch them falling excessively, or when I clean my house, I just realized how much hair have fallen off. Im just not satisfied, with also the amount of times you spend waiting just to get your hair wash and condition is just ridiculous; subtuting too much clients at the same times.
