We have been taking our dog here for three years for both regular checkups and as needed. They are very professional and caring. For anything more than a checkup the vet or vet tech will usually check in by phone a day later. They never try to sell any products or other services and have both the health of the dog as well as the wallet of the owner in mind.
I will come back to this vets office everytime for both of my doggos! They were so sweet and nice to me and my dogs. They gave me all the information I needed and even a bag with toys and treats! If you need a place to take your dogs in Ghent, this is the best place hands down!
This veterinary hospital is, without a doubt, the best vet in all of Hampton Roads. Dr. Marshall and her staff genuinely care about the patients. I moved away from Norfolk but still take my dogs there because the quality of care is worth the trip!
Love Dr Marshall and Ghent Vet Hospital staff. Its a calm place for my cat, and for me. They are on top of things (no waiting for 30 mins just to pick things up), really thorough with treatment but still cost conscious and not pushy. Couldn't recommend them more!
I had to edit my review since I have moved from Norfolk. Dr. Marshall and her entire staff are incredible. I started going to Dr Marshall before she had her own practice and followed her when she opened this office. Both of my dogs actually love going here (they both love going to the vet!). Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Marshall has a true love for the animals which is evident in her care. I wish I could bring Dr. Marshall and her entire staff with me wherever I move! Thank you for the years of amazing care for my pets. We miss you guys!
