We have used WT Anderson to replace all of our windows and gutters; their work and professionalism have been excellent.
The crew arrived early, got right to it, and finished the roof in one day as the weather was somewhat cooler. These guys worked from before 7Am, until 7:30 that evening, and when they left, the yard was once again neat and tidy, and no damage was done to bushes or plantings which I was concerned about. The next day, the gutters and downspouts were installed, and again, on time, neat, and courteous. Very pleased with this company, from the guy who initially came out to look and quote on the job, to the last guy to finish the downspouts. They also kept contact with me to let me know what they were doing, and the office staff is also very good at letting you know what to expect and answer any questions you have. They are serious about making sure you are well taken care of and happy with their work. Hoping for a big rain now for the acid test to make sure we're watertight in all areas, and that the gutters and all flow freely.
When we had an issue with our roof--which was not installed by Anderson--Tom came out to look at it and did a quick repair himself (some exhaust caps needed resealing). He easily could have assigned the work to a crew and told me all the caps and pipes needed replacing; however, he did what was more sound structurally for the roof and financially for the customer.
I've used wt Anderson twice so far, for gutters and gutter guards. Each time great service, employees very friendly and professional. It would've been nice to have been able to pay with debit/ credit over the phone without the fee, but I understand that that's business. No big deal. Great company so far.

I wasn't given a time at which the installers would arrive but I was off that day so it made no difference to me. 3 men installed 5 down spouts and close to 100 feet of seamless gutters in less than 3 hours, in between all of us exchanging small talk here and there. I had 3 estimates and they were not only the best in price, but the most personal and professional of the 3. I would recommend them through and through again, great job!!
I hired WT Anderson to replace my roof. Had such a great experience with that, I hired them tp replace my gutters 3 months later. Again, another great job. From getting the quote, scheduling, communication, and clean up, you will not go wrong with hiring WT Anderson for your home improvements!
