Horrible experience. Got a quote from them for a bunch of repairs needed to our slate roof. Was more than we wanted to spend so we asked which repairs we really didn't need to do now. Signed a contract declining those repairs, but employees did all of the work by mistake. Now, because we are only agreeing to pay for the work that was contracted, we are being told by the vice president that we "took advantage" of the company. Just terrible customer service.

He said the chimney flashing was the probable cause, and wouldn't take that long or cost that much to fix. A couple days later the quote arrives for the sum of $6796.00. Called another company, turns out two shingles were missing, and were replaced for $260.
