Pretty place, short wait to be seated but greeted with a smile. Our waitress, Tiffany was the best. She was patient, friendly, always smiling and treated us very well. Food was excellent and prepared to perfection. My wife and I enjoyed every bite. Coffee was very good in my opinion. It was our first time here and we loved it. I was even impressed with the men's restroom being clean. We'll be back.
The new and improved Denny's! I was welcomed with open arms coming in the door- the first customer after some amazing renovations. It was my birthday, so I celebrated with the Grand Slam and some coffee! Great, friendly service. They really care about what they're doing at this location.
Waited over 30 mins to even order drinks. A different waitress took our drink order than who came to take our food order. Finally got food after 45 mins waiting past the order time. Food was cold. My "freshly brewed coffee" had grounds all in it floating.... I seriously hated my experience this was ridiculous. Once we said something to management. We got and oh okay sorry. Pretty much was a eff you.
Friendly staff, good food, but if you want great customer service, you NEED a Hostess. Waitresses can't do it all, or they try and fail. Someone needs to stay up front, seat the customers and ring the customers checks. That's the last thing a waitress should be worrying about especially with the volume of people coming in. Management needs to step their game up and hire a Hostess.
Decent food, but incredibly SLOW wait time, to be seated & served. If you must go here, go early in the morning (or late at night, around 2-3am). And do NOT even attempt to go here on Saturday mornings, as you will be standing for about an hour, just waiting to be seated! Good food, and that's it. The staff is also pretty friendly, so that helped.
