I love this place! They always seem happy to see my dog, and the most recent time I was there I overheard one employee to another that my dog is a bit shy while being handled—I was impressed that they had those kinds of notes taken about my fur baby! That really makes me feel good about having them groom him. They also called me to ask permission before shaving down his tail due to excess matting, even though I would have been 100% fine with that. I trust that they know what is good for my dog. I always book the earlier time slot on a Saturday (which is 8am, nice and early for a weekend day!) and they always finish way faster than any other groomers I’ve ever used. The little bandana on my pup after he is done is a super cute touch.
Took my 2 Great Danes here to get a baths and nail trims. My oldest came out terrified. She's a little nervous as it is as she's a rescue. She was crammed in a crate that was too small for her when I walked in. She was pooping everywhere for an hour after we got back. I think it was more her nerves but this place is definetly not prepared for giant breed dogs. They didn't do a great job cleaning their ears either. I could also still smell dirty dog on them after we got home. So we had to rebate them. Not the greatest experience. Customer service was good. Good location. But definetly wont Be returning.
We are very happy with the groomer we usually take our pup to, but we decided to try this place out bc it's close to our pups daycare. First off, the front counter people were rude when my husband dropped our pup off. It was our first time with them and they were short and unhelpful. First they asked my husband how long we would like his fur, then they told him they might just shave it bc it 'seemed matted.' Um, we brush our pups hair regularly and it was NOT matted. I would've just left at that point but my husband decided to give them a try. They quoted him $55 for base price and if we wanted anything other than a bath and cut, it was extra. They also said if the fur was too difficult it would be extra. My husband picks our dog up and he looks like a rat... they basically just shaved him because they didn't want to bother to do a proper grooming! And then they charged $90 for the train wreck. Ridiculous. We have taken him to multiple places and have never had a problem... we definitely will NOT be returning to these people who are rude and don't have a clue how to groom a dog! Avoid this place! Don't take your dog there unless you want him to look like this - photo of him shaved in car is the disaster he looked like after leaving this place, the one of him with his long hair is before, and the beautiful picture of him with a green scarf is how he looks after leaving his other groomer, who is a REAL groomer and not a hack (who also only charges $55 for bath, cut, nails, anal glands, teeth... everything). Beware!
And to add to the owner's response (basically implying my husband and I can't communicate and I'm blind and/or stupid because apparently I can't tell when my dog is 'severely matted' - which is fine, didn't expect much else from this place) the front desk staff was rude about our rabies vaccination paperwork too! We brought it in and it clearly stated the vaccine was administered at the end of August of 2016. Girl at the front desk was like "This doesn't have an expiration date? I don't think we can take this?" It's a rabies vaccination... it's good for one year... what did she think, there was a six month rabies vaccination? Lol! This is BASIC knowledge that I would expect staff to know!! And then the owner acts like they did something special by calling the vet to verify what they already should have known (and holding my husband up for 15 minutes, btw). We've presented the exact same certificate at my pups daycare, boarding facilities, other groomers.. never had a problem! Because they actually knew what they're doing! LOL! Never again... much luck with your 'business!'
Their service here is amazing!! I dropped my dog off needing a good haircut now she looks amazing!! I come here every time she needs a hair cut. They take good care of the dogs when you drop them off. They can also provide massages for the dogs.
Not the cheapest but the best! Thank you for making my sweetheart pretty!
