We had an excellent experience with black and white cabs! Our prior arrangements to take us to the airport fell through (uber) very last minute and we were extremely pressed for time. I called and within 10 minutes our taxi arrived! Our driver was Kevin, he was very professional, he sensed our urgency, and got us to the airport quickly! He was very nice and conversed with us. This was our very first taxi ride, and you can bet when I'm visiting the area again, I will call black and white taxis! Thanks so much Kevin! Keep up the good work!
It was a horrible experience. We called cab and waited for 2 hours, but no one showed up. We called office and dispatcher said the drive is half mile away and will be there couple of min. So we waited for another 10 min. And finally gave up... Eventually nobody came nor called us to explain anything...
I requested a taxi to pick me up from work and the taxi never came. I waited 25 minutes then called to check the status of my taxi and they told me it would be to me in 5 to 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and called back they said we are still waiting for someone to pick up your order. What! No one ever showed up even after an hour and a half.
Cab driver was the most rudest guy ever! Terrible attitude! Cab #132 - Do Not get in his cab!!!!!!!!! Airport staff is forcing him to leave the premises because of his rude behavior refusing to pick up airline crews.
Good cab ride. I really felt comfortable.
