Our experience with Muddy Paws downtown has been a great one. They are very accommodating , quick to respond and most important Our Mia loves the crew. The Staff is very friendly, and always make us feel comfortable knowing Mia is in great hands!!!

Brought both of our pups here. Staff are very friendly and will cater to any specific needs your animal has. We have a skittish Manchester Terrier who isn't find of new people and the staff did great with him! They also allowed me to help keep him call while they worked on him. The staff are also super knowledgeable. They were able to let us know our pups had developed a skin allergy and recommended changing their food. The advice was spot on and the pups are a lot happier! Also pricing is great. Their services are priced fairly and better than other places. For instance a nail trim is $12, which includes grinding. Most places charge more for grinding so this was awesome. They carry high quality food and treats that are also wonderfully priced for the quality. Highly reccomend this groomer!
Only two stars because one of the two employees was extremely rude. The other very helpful and came over when she saw the other being disrespectful. Did a great job on washing my dog.
