This gym has everything you need including awesome classes. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful.
Good gym, not usually very busy inside. However the parking available is atrocious and needs to be fixed, the 15 spot parking lot is almost always full and they place cones in front of spots to save them for mwr staff. Unsat.
Quiet gym on NSA Hampton Roads. It gets busy from 1115-1230. There is a group class that runs during that time that is really good. Lots of cardio machines. Three different weight rooms, all different types (free weights, machines, functional fitness with squat racks). Full size basketball court and two trait ball courts.
It was everything you need of a good work out.
Two cardio areas in attached trailers, free weights and weight machines in three rooms, a place to do cross fit, core exercise room and classes in main gym area. Locker room is large with sauna. Great gym for a work out.
