Really like it. No non sense just an old school weight lifting gym. Every one is super friendly.
Fantastic place to work out. Excellent Management, prestine facility and physical property. Owners Dawn and Joe are efficient and accommodating.
Got the 1 month membership. Going to renew it for the 3 month membership. Friendly staff. No frills, no free pizza or judgement. This is what a gym should look like.
Best GYM I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO, I have worked out in gyms from Afghanistan to Adak Alaska to Hobart Australia and IUST SAY THIS IS WHAT A GYM IS SUPPOSED TO BE. A gym is not a social gathering but a place to better yourself mentally and physically. I LOVE IT THANKS TO ALL FOR YOUR HARD WORK BEEN A MEMBER SINCE 1998,,,
A gym more geared toward lifting but offers everything you need for any kind of physical goal you are trying to reach. Membership isn't too pricey, some of the equipment is kind of dated but that doesn't really matter. They say they are planning on going to 24 hours soon, and the fact that they aren't yet is the only reason it isn't 5 stars. The people there are fun to talk to and the music is decent.
