I am beyond displeased with American Freight. I bought a couch and loveseat last May. The couch frame broke in about six weeks. It took months of phone calls and countless emails to get them replaced. It took me going into the store to make that happen. The replacement couches are just as big pieces of junk. In about four weeks this time I have springs busting through the bottom of both couches and you get swallowed up because there is no support. I am at the same place... emails and phone calls with no results. I'm close to getting the local news involved. I've never been sold such a poor quality product in my life and encountered such terrible customer service or seen a co. Not stand behind their products.

We decided to make American Freight our first stop for furniture shopping because I saw a couch almost exactly like the style we were looking for. We walked in and were greeted warmly almost immediately. Derrick helped us from start to finish, answering our questions and measuring couches for us. We saw a sofa in the exact color and style we were looking for within seconds of walking in the door. They had a pretty good selection for such a small space. It doesn't look like much and isn't as fancy as stores like Haynes or Grand Furniture, but the prices were excellent, the service was outstanding and they had same-day delivery! They also offer protection plans that include a water-repellant spray to put on your furniture! This was a GREAT add-on for us with three dogs! I also saw a stunning kitchen table set exactly like I've been looking for. I'm hoping I can get back to get it sooner than later. We'll do all of our furniture shopping there and recommend it to everyone! We love our new couch!

"99 dollar mattress" was about 2 inches thick. Very poor quality furniture. Will never go back
