Staff is great. Helped me immediately. Very courteous and the guys helped me with items to my car. Most of all the prices are great.

Yesterday, we went to make a payment and this morning discovered that $525.26 was pulled out of our account along with our payment. We called and were told that it was a mistake that the Manager made but he refunded the money. The bank is not seeing the refund. We asked to speak with the manager and was told that he was in a meeting. We asked that he call us back as soon as his meeting was done. The associate called us back and said that the manager told him to deal with it. This was a 9am it is now 2pm and we still have not received a call back. This was not a small sum of money that was taken out of our account, this was an large unauthorized amount, that no one bothered to let us know about. I really would just like them to come get this bed and refund my money that was not supposed to be pulled out. The bed is not safe with a crack and honestly after all this I never want to do business with Aaron's again.

These people didn t get my order right. I had family coming in town and I needed a TV. I ordered it online but when the shipment came in, my order was not at the store even tho I had called right before I went up there and they said it was there. These people suck.

I strongly urge anyone looking to buy merchandise to go ELSEWHERE. I bought a 40 in. and a 50 in. television for $1480@ $100 a month. As I was making close to my last payment in the store, I remarked to the salesman that I was close to having it paid off. It was then that I was told I STILL OWED another $1400! After paying over $1000 he said I still owed $1400. How can that be I asked. Oh, well you didn't pay it off within 90 days so the price DOUBLED! I have already invested over $1000 so if I give them back I am throwing that away. I don't have lump sums to buy outright. So I am stuck paying $1400 EACH for these tv's. BE WARNED. Shop elsewhere. And if you do buy there, don't expect them to inform you of their sneaky, underhanded terms.

We bought a bed November 2016 a few days after getting the bed we discovered a crack in the upper bunk. We called and they said someone would call us. We never heard anything. Then in January someone was supposed to come after 5 but came before we got off work at 4:30pm. This situation has never been rectified.
