Every Employee I encountered was extremely helpful.I was outside the Courthouse by 7:30am 8-29-2016.Even Employees walking into work stopped and answered my questions patiently and kindly.My emotional imbalance due to having my Son incarcerated over weekend was for myself extremely difficult.. Everyone custodial; law enforcement; Clerks of the Court; Judge were extraordinary..I cannot thank you enough City of Norfolk for during I know in my 30 yrs of residence here one of the most traumatic experience I have been through in your Commonwealth..The Bailbondsman who patiently worked with me.For a system I have never experienced nor would I want to be in this emotional situation I was treated with respect and kindness.Thank
