I had high hopes for this car wash. Location and cost were excellent and I must admit the first four visits after opening were great. I was able to get in/out cleaning my car inside and out in under 25 minutes. They do the wash and then you pull out into a spot, vacuuming and cleaning the windows yourself. You put your mats in an automatic cleaner and they are done within a minute. Perfect, right? The last four visits have been terrible. Half of the parking spots where you clean your vehicle are blocked off with yellow cones. The spot closest to the automatic car wash had a car backed into it and no one touched it the entire time I was there. i assume it was an employees car. On all of the last several visits I had only one spot to pull into and couldn't pull in because the cars on either side had all their doors open. This was especially infuriating since I try and take care of this on my lunch break and half the spots were blocked but not being used. When I finally pulled in I had to wait another 20 minutes for the other drivers to finish so I could have the room to vacuum (I drive an average size vehicle). There was only one spray bottle of cleaner and it was broken. I didn't see anyone else hoarding bottles so they clearly didn't have enough. Today I finally got out of there after 40 minutes and I didn't get my car clean. I'm done. I gave them plenty of chances to improve and I'm convinced they are managed very poorly. I will not go back again and I would only recommend them if you have lots of time and nothing else to do.
Nice car wash. I like how they provide towels and HP air to help dry your car afterwards.
I love the carwash itself, but one of the staff made a negative comment to another staff member about me taping my own rear wiper arm because in the beginning of their opening they weren't putting tape on the rear wiper arm and it kept getting bent. So I started taping it myself. All I really heard was something about me being a pain about this F-----G tape. I really didn't appreciate that. I know it says not responsible for for things on your car getting broken, or in my case bent. I'm trying to prevent a legal problem. I still won't hesitate to hold them responsible if I feel it was deliberate. If you don't want to tape my wiper, fine. I'll do it myself, but don't talk s--t behind my back. It's very unprofessional.
This place is great. If you have a day off, go for it. Try to get there early but they have a lot of things you can use to clean and they're FREE. Good place to wash your car!
This place has a good machine wash and self service vacuums. Drying towels are available for free.
