Lied about the historu. Sold me a 92 celica. Made the mistake of calling first. They put a metal on metal relay rather than the real fuel pump relay that burned out the fuel pump. Had the car for a year. Still havent been able to drive it. And i foolishly paid them way too much. Im so disgusted with them that ive not even picked up my title. Friendly people though
Showed up to this sorry excuse for a car dealership and the salesman I spoke to on the phone was asleep. Snoring in the office with his mouth wide open.
The salesman was great making feel welcome and comfortable knowing my credit was not that good. THEN, the next day when it came to signing I was told my $1000 down payment that I struggled to obtain DID NOT include the taxes and registration fee. I was told that I would have to come up with another $527 in just 2 weeks time followed by the usual payment (2) weeks after that! EXAMPLE OF BAIT AND HOOK!
Called to ask about a car listed for sale.
The (quite frankly, idiot) salesman told me it was and I took the hour drive across the bridge tunnel to check it out.
Lied about the history of the vehicle. Sold me a truck that had its accident history covered up. Do not buy from these people. They are not honest businessmen. Not buyer beware, just go someplace else. I would sue them if I could prove the lie. That's illegal.
Waste of time, gas, and effort. Would hate to see if there was actually a car or what would've happened had I ended up purchasing a car from this sad store.
I have bought several vehicles from the dealership and have always had great customer service. The owner worked a fair price on our Honda Odessy with a payment that fit our budget in spite of our credit problems. I would highly recommend this dealership.
He woke up and asked what we were interested in. I told him the car that I called about. He says that they don't have any such car.
