I talked to the owner via text message as I was away from the state when I was looking for vehicles. I found a vehicle that was very nicely priced and was interested. I was told for a $500 deposit that he would hold the car for me until I could look at it. I verified, via text to the owner, that I would be able to get my money back if I did not get the car. I looked at the car and was actually in really good shape but due to an upcoming property transaction I decided not to get the car at that time and they told me that was ok. That is where the good stopped. It has been several months since I was told I would get a return and now the gentleman will no longer respond to texts I have been sending. I hope I get my money soon as it has been over two months since I decided not to get the automobile.

Wow this dealer was great, I was shopping for an 2012 BMW at the time they did not have the one I wanted. Eulises one of the guys there said he would find it for me, a week later he call me and said he had the car of my dreams in the lot. Man was he so right, low mileage and my favorite color too at a affordable price and my plates were there in 25 days just like he said. I purchased a BMW 2012 X5 at the beginning of May 2017, and now just a one month away I'm already having lose of power reading from the engine and needing a brake job, it's understandable that I purchased the car "As Is" but one doesn't expect that they would need to perform major work on a top end vehicle in less that a month! Cylinders are misfiring which is the case of the loss of power, so in my most humble opinion, be patient in purchasing a used car and check to see if the dealership at the very least will give there purchases a basic tune up and new tires and brake work! Go to another dealership not this one for our purchase!
