When I walked in there, my bike was incredibly messed up, with nothing really working. Somehow when I got it back it ran better then when I first got it, serious props to you guys!
This place is incompetent and slipshod. Quality of the work is quite poor. Customer service is unprofessional and severely lacking. They are not honest and they lied about a variety of things. It is the worst bike shop I have ever been to and I will never go back there. Please look for somewhere else. And probably most anywhere else would be better. Good luck to you.
Great service and people. Loved the atmosphere of the place. The price was a little bit more expensive than I would have hoped.
I was quoted $80.00 when I dropped off my bike. I was told it would be ready by.... when the day came I had to call them only to be told it would be ready the next day. When I got there the price had gone up to $100.00 while they filled air in the front tire and an hour after riding the bike, the brakes gave out and rear tire was misaligned. Not a positive memorable experience. I went to them because they were closest in distance.
Great staff, service and owner. Owner really care about the community and loves what he does. Shop small business and it doesn't get better than this
