We have found the help to be very friendly and responsive if any problems should occur in our unit. The staff is friendly and eager to help with fixing any problems.
I just completed a short period of renting with Ghent Self Storage, and I really could not have been more satisfied. Seth and Emmanuel, the two gentlemen with whom I primarily interacted, were consistently professional, attentive, and helpful. They were accommodating AND they seemed to anticipate my needs, and were willing to do little extra things to make the experience go well.

Evening access is limited and some units have little to no lighting but the friendly staff balances what the space is lacking.
They go out of their way to update me about the status of the unit, and to send receipts for every purchase and the monthly rent charge.
I was able to pay over the phone for as many months in advance as I needed
I found that the space was affordable, was well maintained, and easy to access. I'm so grateful that I happened to choose this location for my storage needs.
