Update: I made a new call to the company on 3/20/17 and identified that the above issue was still occurring. The customer service rep, Ms. Linda, was very helpful in scheduling a new appointment for the same day. Robert arrived and was very professional, personable and most importantly very knowledgeable concerning what I needed done. He was also prepared to ensure that my sewer line problem was fixed before leaving. A few days later I received a call from the GM, Bradly Howard. He was very concerned about my borderline dissatisfaction with the original service that was provided. He assured me that my feedback would be used as a learning tool and also offered to refund a $100 dollars of my overall payment for the services provided. This I gladly accepted. I really do appreciate the above and beyond customer service that was provided by Bradly. Most reviews are never looked at by anyone, but this proves to me as a current and future customer of Rotor Rooter, that the customers satisfaction is the #1 priority. And I really would recommend this company to anyone whom maybe in need of excellent service that will be provided by Rotor Rooter.
My name is Sarah Hazlett,I had a problem with my valve to my washing machine and called Roto- Rooter to come look at it, They sent Steven to come, Steven was very helpful to my problem, he gave me so much information and saved me from having to get my valve repaired at this time, when the time comes that I do need to repair the valve I will definitely call Ritor Rooter and request Steven to come!!!
What an incredible professional pair! Wayne and Mike called to let me know they were on their way. I had a drainage problem and they knew exactly what to do. I had asked some questions and they were very knowledgeable in their craft. They worked quickly and efficiently to solve the problem and even discusses water flow with me. I wouldn't have anyone else service my plumbing needs. They were like friends trying to help an old guy out. Roto Rooter should be extremely happy to have these two in their employ. Once again very professional, very knowledgeable, and extremely efficient!
I made my appointment at 5am and had two experts at my house by 230 that afternoon, WAYNE and DEON were the two plumbers and they were absolute professionals! They walked me through the whole process as they were fixing it and kept everything where I could understand it! They made a guarantee they wouldn't leave until it was fixed and they kept there word! Pros like them are hard to come by in today's society and I've never been so happy to use my credit card before! Seriously two stellar professionals!! Will be requesting them for all coming projects and work needed!!
We are so thankful for the professional, knowledgeable, helpful attitude of our technician. We called for help, he was at my home within 1 hour. Worked diligently to solve our problem and explained to us every step. We thank him for being patient and allowing us to ask many questions and voice our concerns. We thank Roto Rooter.
Called for plumbing issue and the technician was very pleasant and professional (Mike #703). But after spending 1.5 hours snaking my main sewer line it resulted in (doing a load of laundry) that the same issue was still occurring (sewage backing up into my showers). Service was great but what was done obviously didn't solve my problem, especially for the price I paid. Mike did say there were one or two blockages removed, but trying to do laundry tonight, I couldn't tell. Professionalism was great but obviously the technique was lacking. I did receive a six month warranty but for the amount of money paid, I'm not sure I would or would not recommend Royo-Rooter to family or friends. Thank you
