By far my favorite Chinese Restaurant is Wing Soon. I've watched the family grow and their kids grow up and learn to read in that restaurant and walked home with more food than a family of three could eat in one sitting almost always.
Shop is not the cleanest but I still go because the food is some of the best Chinese I've ever had and very reasonable prices. They give you lots of food for cheap but it's quality. Staff is super friendly.
Been eating here for years not just best chinese food in the city ,best food in norfolk period.
Delicious food. I loved the lumpia and pancit here. Very friendly staff as well.

They have the BEST LUMPIA EGG ROLLS IN NORFOLK
Food is good and generally more healthy with less fried flour taste and more meat/vegetables as well as a more flavorful sauce from what I can tell compared to other restaurants in the area.
