Colonial Insurance Agency in Norfolk, VA is the worst insurance agency I've ever dealt with. They're confused on their own policy rules and will not explain clearly to customers if it means you losing money and the company gaining. Their customer service is terrible. Especially one of their lacking employees, named Tonya or something. Very rude and horrible customer service and will do anything to keep your money. Find better service.
