The color turned out great but it wasn’t worth the stress or poor customer service. We will not be returning. I politely suggest that the business work out scheduled breaks that don’t leave clients unattended and adopt a zero usage cell phone policy for employees.
Perfect price and perfect cut. I never have a bad experience at any hair cuttery location. All the stylists at this location are super nice, even to my tag a long tot. Got over 8 inches cut off and received the cut I asked for. Could be happier!
I really like the stylist as she did my own color two months ago (although she also left me to get food) and I even made an appointment in few weeks for a touch up with this stylist. The salon was busy and I figured everyone has off days But...
Angel was my hair dresser and she nailed my hair styled perfectly. I never let people touch my hair because they always ruin it, but she took her time in making sure she knew what I wanted, and delivered. Prices are very reasonable and I didn't have to wait or schedule an appointment!
Nichole did an amazing job!!! I went in for a color, bayalage and a cut and came out 150% satisfied. She took her time. Like seriously took her time. I was in that chair all day today because she wanted to make sure it was perfect and it was beyond my expectations. The conversation was great and she made sure I was comfortable. I have never been to a salon where I walked out being 100% satisfied until today. I have found my new hairstylist! I have had so many compliments. Thank you for giving me a awesome new hair style!
My daughter later told me that The stylist did not apologize for her unprofessional behavior and acted as though nothing happened. We were both stressed that her hair would be over processed. My daughter also pointed out that the stylists here are not friendly or talkative and seem almost disappointed when a client comes in. On reflection, I had to agree.
Took my daughter here this past Saturday for new color. Stylist was great with consulting, placed color and set timer, then left to get food. She did not return when the timer when off 30 minutes later. I waited a few moments and asked the woman behind the counter if my daughter should be rinsed. Woman behind counter was on her cell phone and told me she was off the clock. I asked if my daughter would be ok and she said yes but someone else to rinse her. After a few minutes Another stylist took my daughter to be rinsed then came back to the counter and was on her cell phone, texting. I asked if the original stylist was sick and was told that she had to run an errand. The original stylist finally came in with food and stated the line was long. She then rinsed my daughter’s hair of color.
Keyia was very helpful and we had a good time discussing different ways to style the way I had asked her cut my hair. Will definitely keep her as my stylist.
