Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Spend your money elsewhere. If I could leave 0 stars I would. After hours line is clueless. In store employee who answers the phone is despicably rude and has no idea what is going on. Took 15 minutes to locate an order after given name on order and order number. Still have not received an email confirmation receipt. Employee was full of attitude and hung up on me as I was inquiring about my orders delivery time. Manager should absolutely be embarrassed to run such a piss poor establishment! Do not support this business! I should have listened to the other bad reviews!
Ordered flowers for my mom online since I will not be in town for Mother's Day, and I am very happy with how they turned out! I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews on here, so after I ordered the arrangement online, I called the store to discuss my order. The man who helped me was so nice and helpful! I wanted to make sure that the flowers were delivered before noon, and even though he said that might be difficult due to the high workload for Mother's Day, they were delivered by 10am! He also assured me that the same flowers that were in the picture would be the ones delivered to her since yellow roses are her favorite. I had a wonderful experience dealing with The Sunflower Florist and love the bouquet that was delivered to my mom! I will definitely be using them again for any local deliveries!
I placed on order online and they delivered on time but the arrangement that my daughter received doesn’t look like the one I saw online and order it. Not happy. I saw the reviews but I thought i should give a chance. Not happy

Very poor communication, very poor customer service!! I will never recommend! Glad I wasn't a bride waiting on my bouquet to be delivered! Day 1 was an address issue. Day 2 there is no excuse for. Day 3 finally got the flowers. The delivery driver was very polite when I finally got to speak to him as were the girls who answered the 24 hour line. Just a bad experience all the way around.
