Dentist was rude, she seemed like she didn't even feel like doing her job. When we came back instead of saying hello she got smart and said I didn't need to sit or even be in the back with my 4 yr old. I thought that was super unprofessional of her to even make a statement like that. She said she's 4 yrs old so she can sit on her own. I told her that was not an issue so i proceeded to sit down and she said I'm gonna need that chair. Then I asked if there's anywhere for parents to sit and she said parents don't usually come back. I told her i was never informed of that rule and there's a better way to say that so I'm looking into another dentist because I don't like her attitude. My child was so ready to go to the dentist today to say hello but she didnt get a chance to speak to her because the dentist came in the way she did. She didn't introduce herself or say hello, she's very unpleasant.

I just had the best experience at the dentist today! I am so glad I found Ghent Family Dentistry, LLC because they were amazing!! A couple years ago I had an awful visit at another place that definitely ruined my thoughts of ever wanting to visit any dentist again. When I called this morning Gina was so patient and polite! She assured me I would be in great hands and boy was she right! Everyone in the office was so kind, caring, extremely patient with me and full of honest knowledge and love for what they do! When the Dr. came in she explained and showed me what I needed to make my smile better and pulled my wisdom tooth out so fast and left me without the crazy pain I had experienced before! These girls rock! Highly recommended!
I've been going here since I was a little girl and I am 23 years old . My whole family actually has been coming to this dentist office since we moved in the area back in 2002 and I just wanted to comment on the comments I've seen and there false . These lady's don't even have the heart to raise there voice at anybody and dr Cauthen is the sweetest lady I've ever met and she always on me about my teeth and coming to keep my mouth up to date but I love coming here and I'm always in and out . Her assistants are the best as well . Don't Believe the rude comments you see but try it out for your self .
